Oliver Frascona is In favor NAR building their political party.

This is not good for consumers or for communities. NAR does not use their Power for a Greater good. They use their Power, otherwise known as Political Clout to push local planning boards around and even to put their own government affairs representative on local boards. NAR has BIG money and local people and government cannot compete. Whatever the Realtors in your town want, they GET. Why?

Because they have a lot of MONEY and a lot of members? They lobby your Government, they stomp their Billion Dollar feet til’ they get their way. And this has NOTHING to do with the Consumers best interest.

Your Local Realtors work with HUGE builders Associations and developers, they all have a lot of Clout and Money and they topple over local government, planning boards and anyone who steps up for what Really is Best for the Actually people who live there and are trying to live real lives.

Again this blog is not to be negative on Oliver Frascona, it simply is to point out what is being said online by him, what newsletters say, what associations he represents and why, what classes he teaches and if those REALTOR classes actually teach a Consumer Friendly agenda. Oliver is simply one Example, and from my experience as a NAR member past, as a Real Estate Broker with Oliver’s teachings.

Though my Real Estate Whistleblower blogs are what I have seen, are my experience, my perspective and point of view, and though folks could start their own blog and talk about there point of view they find it easier to call me out, even before they STOP and think first, BEFORE they buyer their own Online Identity… The DotCOM.
